Merchandising Executive that served as the head of the Merchandising, Design, Site, and Photography verticals across all brands at Shutterfly, Inc - now a multi-brand $2B powerhouse in the personalized home decor, gifting, books and stationery space, a far cry from where it was when I started almost a decade ago!

Prior to taking on my role at Shutterfly in 2012, I spent 15 years in the apparel industry where I leveraged design , strategic , and financial expertise to transform struggling businesses across a variety of size and scale, including  The Children's Place + Kmart,   Before TCP, I spent 10 years working for small business + start-ups to mass retail and also designed costumes for Live Entertainment and TV/Film production at Walt Disney World.  

 

I believe that passion for quality design, stellar creative, strategic agility coupled with the underlying need to delight the consumer are pillars to successful business growth. When your team is inspired and encouraged to take risks and to laugh as much as possible along the way, the work reflects the joy. 

 

A little about me.....I graduated from FIT with a degree in Design and also a graduate from Bowling Green State University with a B.S. in Apparel Merchandising and Product Development.  I spent a large part of my adolescence as a competitive figure skater and in musical theatre which is what inspired my early love for costume and theatrical design.

I have lived all over the US - New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, Orlando, Richmond and am obsessed with traveling the world and immersing myself in the beauty of other cultures.  To date,  I've explored 3 continents and 20 countries and am still looking to add more stamps to my passport.
